VOB / Insurance Verification
Dental insurance verification (VOB) is the process of confirming a patient's eligibility, benefits, deductible, annual maximum and plan limitations before their appointment.
A typical VOB report includes eligibility status, deductible, annual maximum remaining, coverage percentages for preventive, basic and major services, frequency limitations, waiting periods and other relevant plan details.
Verification timing is set during onboarding based on your scheduling workflow, typically ahead of the patient's upcoming appointment.

Dental Billing
We prepare, submit and track dental insurance claims electronically, follow up with payers on outstanding items, post payments, and manage corrections or resubmissions as needed.

Most practices track AR in 30-day buckets (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days). We monitor and follow up across all buckets, with priority on older claims.

Denial Management
We identify denials, research the root cause, make corrections where appropriate, resubmit the claim, and track it through to resolution.
